Terms of Service
By accessing or using Gleon OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Gleon OS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Gleon Cloud. We may update them from time to time (see "Changes to These Terms"), and your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
2. Service Description
Gleon OS is an AI-powered workspace providing chat, memory, agents, automation, and creation tools. We use third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT) to power AI features, and the availability of specific models or features may change over time.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Gleon OS. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Credits & Fair Usage
- Credits are consumed when you use AI features
- Credits remain available within your active billing cycle
- Unless a plan explicitly states otherwise, unused credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle
- A Fair Usage Policy applies to all plans
- Daily and monthly limits apply per plan to protect service quality for all users
5. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. They are provided for assistance only and are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on or acting on it.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Gleon OS to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit limits, or security measures
- Resell or sublicense access without a White Label agreement
- Run automated abuse, spam, or large-scale scraping
- Misuse agents or automation to harm others or violate third-party rights
- Engage in billing or refund abuse, including fraudulent chargebacks
- Violate any applicable Indian or international laws
7. Payment, Auto-Renewal & Refunds
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Cashfree. Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand; you can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy and must generally be submitted within 7 days of payment. Credits already consumed are non-refundable. We may decline refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
8. Service Availability
We provide Gleon OS on an "as available" basis and use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service running and to announce planned maintenance in advance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any formal service-level commitments for Enterprise plans, where offered, will be set out in a separate written agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
Content you create using Gleon OS remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to operate and provide the service. The Gleon OS platform — including its code, design, and systems — is proprietary to Gleon Cloud and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, where required by law, or to protect the service, our users, or third parties. Where practical, we will provide notice. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gleon OS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gleon Cloud is not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms periodically. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we may provide additional notice.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, where applicable.
