Refund Policy
📋 Short version: You may request a refund within 7 days of payment for unused credits. Requests are reviewed individually, and consumed credits are non-refundable. Contact billing@gleon.cloud.
1. Digital Services
Gleon OS is a digital service that begins immediately on purchase, and credits become available for use right away. Because of this, refunds apply only to unused portions and are subject to the conditions below. All amounts are processed through our payment provider, Cashfree, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
- Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of payment
- Credits already consumed are non-refundable
- Unused credits may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to review
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days (bank/provider timelines may vary)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
3. Credit Packs
- Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credits in the pack are used
- Fully unused credit packs may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase, subject to review
4. White Label Plans
- One-time setup fees are non-refundable after platform activation
- Monthly fees may be refundable within 7 days if the platform has not been activated
- Enterprise plans: refund terms are set out in the individual contract
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Credits consumed by agent runs, automation, or API usage
- Requests made after the applicable refund window
- Annual subscriptions after 14 days from payment
6. Abuse, Fraud & Chargebacks
Refunds are provided in good faith. We may decline or limit refunds where abuse is suspected — including refund farming (repeatedly buying, partly using, and refunding), multi-account abuse, or fraudulent transactions. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact billing@gleon.cloud first; initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension, and we reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are fraudulent.
7. Cancellation & Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current cycle; it is not itself a refund of the current period. See our Terms of Service for details.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@gleon.cloud with:
- Your registered phone number or email
- Transaction ID or order number
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and at our reasonable discretion, consistent with applicable law.
