By accessing or using Gleon OS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Gleon on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Gleon OS is an AI operating system that provides tools including Chat, Studio, Memory, and AI Agents. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.
Gleon runs on a credit-based model. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance; actions in the service consume credits. Current plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
When using Gleon, you agree not to:

You own your content. The prompts, files, and projects you create remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process them only as needed to run the service for you (for example, to generate responses and store your memory).
Gleon OS, its software, brand, and design remain our property. These Terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.
Gleon uses AI models to generate output. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for important, legal, financial, or technical decisions. We don't guarantee that output is accurate, unique, or fit for any particular purpose.
We work to keep Gleon available and reliable, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and outages can happen. We're not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gleon OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Gleon OS harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
You can stop using Gleon and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability, indemnity, and governing law) continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll always try to resolve any dispute with you amicably first - please write to us. If a dispute can't be resolved, it will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Rajkot, Gujarat, and the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We'll post the new version here with an updated date, and for significant changes we'll notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Gleon after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
